All finalized order allocations are subject to a 48-hour sterilization, verification, and batch-packing protocol before transitioning outside our European distribution hubs.

Orders do not instantly depart the facility. It takes exactly 2 business days to prepare, securely encapsulate, and log your formulation index into our automated transit grid.

Once the package crosses the terminal border, a digital verification code (tracking matrix link) will be automatically assigned to your client dashboard profile.

Every parcel is packaged inside high-insulation cardboard shielding blocks to maintain ambient formula integrity during high-velocity cargo transit.

Because our formulations are locked inside sterile, single-benefit delivery systems, opened or unsealed packaging cannot be re-introduced to our warehouse environment. We do not accept returns on used products due to cross-contamination hazards.

Unopened, completely factory-sealed external security boxes may be authorized for return processing within 30 days of the initial batch delivery date.

In the rare event that a mechanical pump system or high-density vial arrives with structural damage, a replacement vector will be dispatched immediately. Submit photographic proof of structural failure to our validation team.
