When contacting us, please provide a description of the issue you experienced, the page or feature you were using, and the assistive technology and browser you were using, so we can investigate and respond as quickly as possible.
FORMAL COMPLAINTS
We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within 5 business days and to propose a solution within 10 business days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may submit a formal complaint to accessibility@forteresearch.com and we will escalate it to our Accessibility Review Committee.
